Grateful Patient Campaign
The hospital had existing recognition programs for various employees, but this campaign brought them all together under one umbrella. The final destination was a web page where visitors and patients could recognize employees who made their experience extra special.
Care Champs Birthday Bash
The foundation has a program that enables kids in fundraising efforts for Children’s Hospital. A birthday card, party invitations, donation envelope and thank you cards were provided to interested participants inside a matching birthday bash box.
Template Catalog
Our platform used for providing employees with on brand templates lacked preview images in the interface, so I created a catalog with an interactive table of contents so users could preview their options.
Children's Patient Outreach
Materials were created to connect with pediatric patients and their families after a hospital stay. Initiated by a card sent in the mail with a flower seed packet inside. The CTA sent them to a landing page including color sheets, a garden sign, link to patient stories and opportunity to subscribe to a newsletter.
Superhero Ads
These materials were created for foundation to help them promote a children’s patient of the month. They were used to bring awareness and increase potential donor dollars.
Birthing Campaign
This goal of this campaign was to increase the number of births. The target was to showcase what sets us apart and what makes giving birth to your child special at our facility. The concept took the perspective of the baby wanting what’s best for their mom.
Interactive Overview
The college of nursing was still engaging students with snail mail back in 2015. I created this interactive program overview and encouraged recruiters to email it to prospective students instead of sending costly printed packets in the mail.
Children’s Care Centers
This packet was created for existing Children’s Hospital donors to help them identify specific areas of interest for their contributions. Existing patients were selected and featured for each care center and mailed out in the pocket of an overview packet.
Festival of Trees
An annual festival of trees event wanted a new theme for their materials. This graphic was applied to all event materials. The four panel brochure was sent out to community businesses to promote participation in sponsorship.
Telethon Event
These materials were created for the foundations 30th Children’s Hospital telethon event. In addition to concept and layout, my assistance was provided posing group shots for the photographer. We had over 30 patients show up to support as the face of the campaign.
Donor Appeal Mailers
Various postcard mailers were created for different donor groups with a unique half-fold cover panel and a donation reply envelope attached to an inside seam. The first one targeted college donors and the second one was for neuroscience.
Vaccine Campaign
We’d been living in fear of COVID for months. Life was serious and scarry. The news of approved vaccines was a glimmer of hope. This campaign was developed to encourage the community to go get the shot. It would help protect their loved ones and bring the pandemic to an end.
Women’s Lifestyle Show
This event had been in existence for years. OSF eventually bought the rights and took on the entire operations. I developed a new identity including logo, color scheme and application and helped implement it across the various vendors.
Graduate Viewbook
Used by admissions as an introduction to their college curriculum for existing and potential students. These books provide a preview on programs offered along with a brief descriptions and credit hour details. This layout was created fresh to align with changes in their branding.
Greeting Cards
As another way to engage, these birthday cards were created for foundation to send out to previous donors. Bible verses were paired up with imagery to reflect the nature of our organization.
Stroke Campaign
The Illinois Neurological Institute was looking to bring awareness to the community on the severity of strokes and how to identify if someone was having one. We used outdoor display, print and digital advertising to direct consumers to a landing page where they could take an online assessment.
Washington Banquet Program
The Creve Coeur Club hosts a high end banquet every year. It’s a dinner event with a prominent speaker. This program was produced using a vellum cover with a requested mock credit card affixed to the front to go along with their theme of “Giving Credit”.
Donor Invitations
For years I supported the foundation division at OSF HealthCare. Here are just a few examples of invitations created for their events. The themes were always changing and being reinvented. These provided a break from the usual brand and opportunity to create in a new style.
